Willing
Workers Teacher: Keith Newnam |
We are a Sunday school
class made up of mature people who are really young at heart. Every Sunday
morning we share the concerns of our members, and relate news from members
who cannot be present or have moved away. We sing a hymn, which is followed
by a devotional and prayer presented by a volunteer. Our lessons are always
based on scripture and we often have discussions on various topics. Some of our members serve our church in different ways. We have Elders, Deacons, and Greeters. Some of us serve on committees and participate in other activities. We invite you to come join us as we share our Christian knowledge and fellowship in the Willing Workers Class! |

The class's materials is another of Group publishing's programs which emphasizes Bible points through experience and Hand's On interaction. It also uses music and video to help get things across while making the lesson fun and captivating. Currently the children are writing their own dictionaries of terms used in their spiritual journeys. Their recent lessons have been on prayer; how to pray, how to listen for a reply and what sort of reply to look for. |

Our youngsters start learning the Bible at a young age with two veteran teachers. The three and four year olds learn the way Jesus taught with the age appropriate Hand's -On program from Group publishing.
